Why I chose First Endurance:

Race Day Nutrition Plan:

Breakfast: (approximately 4:00 am) 4 slices of rice toast with strawberry jam a large strong coffee with 1 sugar & I will sip on EFS-PRO lemon flavour

Race Start: (7am race start) 6.40am quarter of a flask of EFS Liquid Shot mountain huckleberry flavour

On Bike Nutrition: I have 2 x 750 water bottles with EFS-PRO lemon flavour with 2 more water bottles I pick up on the course. I also have just over 3/4’s of  a flask of EFS Liquid Shot huckleberry flavour throughout the bike

Run Nutrition: I have half of a flask of EFS Liquid Shot throughout the run and drink water at every aid station as well

Post Race: Within 60 min of finishing the race I have a large water bottle of chocolate Ultragen for recovery and at least 1000ml of water.

Every day with my evening meal I take MutiVit Pro and Optygen HP.
