          Great product!
          I have been using Optygen for about a month. It took approximately one week to notice a difference in my training (the loading phase). Sadly I was dealing with an injury during the beginning of this month and was cross training more than running but I think that really made me notice the difference even more. I was doing a lot of riding on a stationary bike and noticed improvements in my RPMs and how me effort felt at certain rates and resistance levels.
          Training for a half marathon right now and look forward to seeing the effects during some 100 mile training weeks.
          Side note: I was worried when I tried about any side effects and also about any lingering bad taste (I hate when you burp after taking something like this and it tastes horrible) this was not an issue. I have seen no adverse side effects and no bad after taste! I think I will upgrade to OptygenHP and see what that is like.

                Optygen works on three different levels all working synergistically with the goal of increasing endurance. Endurance is defined as your ability to perform work over a period of time where there is oxygen delivered to the muscles. There are three critical components necessary to increase your endurance capacity.

                1. Efficient Oxygen Transfer

                Rhodiola and Cordyceps are the key ingredients in Optygen.
