Jacob Puzey

Runner of a Variety of Surfaces and Distances

"It’s better to be 10% undertrained, than 1% overtrained."

BIOGRAPHY

I’m a father of four who directs trail running events across Canada and coaches runners from all over the world. When I’m not directing races and coaching other runners, I enjoy running, hiking, and cycling on my local trails. I enjoy competing on a variety of surfaces and do so as often as possible throughout the year. When I’m not training or working, I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors swimming, kayaking, hiking, and riding bikes.
